Stock Exercise Setup Help

We are in the process of capturing Long Term Incentive data in the stock/grant setup of BN23.1 and BN33.1,.2,.3,.4. We can capture all of the information we need to on market value and vesting scheduled but we are running into an issue on where we could house data on exercised stock data by employee. From the reading I have done, it looks like I would have to completely setup the stock benefit plan in order to begin capturing that information. Does this seem accurate or are there other places this information is being stored that someone can share with me. Any guidance on other companies setup for LTI in Lawson would be greatly appreciated. Would also appreciate any documentation anyone could share on the stock grant setup in Lawson because I am having a time of finding all of the information I think I need for this setup.
