HR11 First Name too short

Hello!  We have a new physician whose First Name exceeds the 15 characters allows on the HR11.  Support is saying to use the Preferred Name but First Name is the field that is displayed on government tax forms, reports, files (PR297, PR299, PR292, etc).  What have others done that have run into this issue?

we run into the same issue.  Unfortunately we have not found an ideal solution. We enter as much of the first name as will fit in the first name field and if they don't provide a preferred name we enter the full first name into the preferred name field.

Infor really needs to increase both the Last Name and First Name field sizes as we have run into issues with both (or people just need to have shorter names)
