Sorry for the long post ... We upgraded our environment 10.0.11.15.2796 a couple of weeks ago. We also upgraded to Portal version 10.1.0.36.2255. We have had some strange glitches that we have either worked around or are still trying to figure out. But I'm hoping someone can help with this. We have a custom batch program - all it does is generate a extract of data from the lawson APPAYMENT table. The only job parameter is the Check Date. If no date is entered - it defaults to the previous day. After this upgrade was done - this job parameter screen will no longer load. There is no error - it just looks like it loaded, and it says it loaded successfully, but the job parameter of Check Date is not there. It's a blank screen. I've struggled to get help from Infor because this is a custom program. This program was created 6 years ago and we've never had a problem with it. It's very simple. The final update from Infor was - "We've discuss this with the team and they said that in order for it to work the xscrgen of BA620 should match the version of IOS. This is the current version of BA620. When you upgraded the LSF the IOS was also updated. IOS 10.0.11.15.2796 2024 07 02 xscrgen 10.0.11.6.2563". I have tried everything - deleting the .scr and recreating it, completely recreating the program by copying a program that I know works. I have clear browser cache, rebuilt custom indexes, Cleared IOS Cache. I've tried all the recompile steps that Infor provided. How is it using the wrong xscrgen? I asked Infor that, because I don't understand that statement, but they said I need to contact ICS. One other thing - this program works fine in both Smart Office and LID. Thanks in advance.
