Images in offer letters

Is anyone using images as part of their offer letters? Have you been able to get it to populate on the PDF version? We have tried this in TST and it will add it into the letter but when we go to create the PDF it shows as Data not Displayable and the PDF is blank.

We had recruiter signatures for almost two years until the summer of 2023. Something changed in GHR overnight that caused any PDF with the previously-fine images to suddenly start generating the exact same 'Data not Displayable' message you're seeing. We had a ticket open for like a year and Infor continued to say it was not possible to display images via LPL onto PDFs. I showed them examples of us doing it successfully for two years and they just didn't really have a response. They said to try using a different image hosting site so we tried OneDrive (public), our own public-facing URL, photobucket, imgur, sharepoint, etc. I even went to google images just to prove that you couldn't embed the google logo (which is obviously posted publicly) and you can't. The image itself would show on the preview of the offer letter but the instant you tried to save it as a PDF, you'd get Data not Displayable anymore. 

We still have no resolution on our end. We had to pull signatures from offer letters; even simple richtext/HTML/CSS/fontfamily handwriting scripts don't work. Astonishing but here we are!
