Did you know about the Closed Cases With Notes report in HR Case Management?
Service administrators (ServiceAdmin) can access the Close Cases With Notes report.
For closed cases with multiple notes, each note appears as a separate item in the report's list.
Each entry in the Note column appears as plain text—not as a hyperlink—for easy access to the content of each note attached to the case.
Each entry in the Note Type column displays one of the following note types:
• Note
• Reopen
• Reassign
• Resolution

• Service administrators can extract note data via a single report instead of using multiple reports to view the same information.
• Individual note listings in the report eliminate the need to view note details via the Notes and Attachments tab within each closed case.
• The report does not appear without group access; customers can set up group access to the report as per business need.
• All data for the closed cases appears in the report as well as their notes.
Enabling the “Closed Cases With Notes” Report
Submit a support request to your HRSD Advisor to add access to the pattern code “cm-rpt-r-closedcaseswnotes” in Library Management.
Once the HRSD team grants access, the Closed Cases With Notes report will appear in Case Management Analytics > Case Reports.
Accessing the “Closed Cases With Notes” Report: Steps
1. Log into the portal as a service administrator (ServiceAdmin), access the portal menu, and navigate to Case Management Analytics > Case Reports > Closed Cases With Notes.

2. On the Closed Cases With Notes page, in the Filter Options column, enter criteria to search and bring up closed cases, then click Apply.

3. The Closed Cases With Notes report’s results appear in the right-hand panel including the Notes column.
The report lists each note as a separate item.
