Hoping someone is going to be able to provide an assist. We are working on getting our performance appraisals for 2024 launched. In prior years, we have used custom groups, but have found that our requirements make this an inelegant solution at best. In order to try and avoid this rework, I saw that there is an action on the Employee business class called "CreateAppraisal" - has anyone used this method to create via ISD? In particular, I am wondering about the difference between "Employee" and "PrmEmployee". For some reason, there's also both an "HROrganization" and "Organization" field that seem to be the same.
