Performance Appraisals - Create Using ISD?

Hi All!

Hoping someone is going to be able to provide an assist.  We are working on getting our performance appraisals for 2024 launched.  In prior years, we have used custom groups, but have found that our requirements make this an inelegant solution at best.  In order to try and avoid this rework, I saw that there is an action on the Employee business class called "CreateAppraisal" - has anyone used this method to create via ISD?  In particular, I am wondering about the difference between "Employee" and "PrmEmployee".  For some reason, there's also both an "HROrganization" and "Organization" field that seem to be the same.

Thoughts, ideas, advice and recommendations welcome.

Hi All!

When I didn't get a response here, I put a case in with Infor and received feedback.  I was using the wrong Action in the Employee business class.  Instead of using "CreateAppraisal", use "CreateResourceAppraisalsByEmployeeInstance" and make sure that the field SkipAncestorDirectSupervisorCheck is set to TRUE.
