BN149 Processing Questions
We have a 12 month measurement period, 1 month admin, and 12 month standard period setup in the BN149. All of my reports are processing and show the expected results of Eligible, Not Eligible, Termed, etc... but I have a questions about the overall implementation use of these reports that I am not gathering from the KB.
Initial Tab: We can process new hires and rehires with this tab setup. For the initial implementation does this mean that I need to process all new hires back to 2015/2014 in order to include them in this years reporting or only start to process new hires measurements starting in 2016. What cadence are others using to run this particular part....each PP, each month, only at the end of the year?
Standard Tab: We can process all existing employees. Is this all we have to run this year in order to populate our BN49 records for all employees or need a a mixture of initial tab too? What cadence are others using to run this particular part....each PP, each month, only at the end of the year?
