Hello, We have 2 employees in PA and both are being assessed PA state withholding tax. However, their 401k deferrals don't process as pre-tax. The difference in FED and State taxable amounts for both of them is their 401k deferral. I can't find anything to indicate why this is happening. Has anyone else seen this? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks!
