I am reaching out to the community for guidance or best practices on automating a process in our system to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Our current process involves manually managing future-dated enrollments for employees who are no longer eligible due to termination or a change in employment status. Specifically, we run a report to identify future-dated enrollments, then manually delete the ineligible records from the system. We are looking for a way to automate this process.
