Missing Active Field on Position

Hi. We put our upgrade to V11 on hold for a couple months and now getting ready to work on it again and when I went in to create a new position, I get an error saying it is inactive (even tough not even created yet) and noticed the active field on the position is missing. It is gone on the form to create as well on the form for existing ones. Has anyone else found this field to be missing? Not sure if the last CU caused it. Any suggestions on where to find the issue would be appreciated.

Is your form configured? I think it was Oct 2024 CU they moved the Active checkbox in the Detail tab. If your form is configured you have to move the checkbox too. We got that same error when we were testing the Oct CU and that is what fixed ours.

Thank you. I will check with our IT area and have them move it. I believe our form is configured since we had to add a few userfields to it to capture some data.

This happened to us as well, and we found that our configurations on the form hid the new active checkbox
