Employee Appraisals drive Pay Rate Changes in our organization. I would like to create an action that would be performed by a HR Generalist from the completed Employee Appraisal that would invoke the Pay Change action. That way the HR Generalist could review the completed Employee Appraisal and immediately initiate a Pay Change request. We might even use the overall rating to determine an increase percent initial value.
Has anyone done this already or have ideas how we would do this?
