Gift Giving Software that works well with Lawson HR/Payroll

We are a not-for-profit large healthcare facility that up to now has used an old in-house application to process and track our annual gift giving campaigns. There is no integration from this 3rd party program into Lawson. I was wondering if there were folks in the community who are using or know of such software that works well with Lawson HR/Payroll, specifically payroll deductions.
