Searching for a Benefits Solution Vendor

We are in the process of looking outside the Lawson tool for a better benefits administration module. As such, we have narrowed down our focus to a couple vendors. Wanted to see if there's anyone out there that has used (or is using) these vendors and what your experience has been:
*Empyrean Benefit Solutions
*bswift

If you have used these vendors (before or during your life with Lawson), I would be very interesting in hearing from you.
