We have a person in Virgina that shows on PR291 for the 12 week counts for any QTR other than QTR 2. Our PR/Tax person reported the problem last year after running the PR291 for 2024 Q2. The employee should have been counted. They were fine for the remaining Qtrs in the year and are also being counted so far in 2025.
We've had a ticket open with Infor for almost a year with no movement and wanted to see if anyone in the community has had this issue or no what could be the cause.
