How can I set a minimum PO value per supplier?

Hi, everyone

I would like your help with how we can set a minimum PO value for a specific supplier.  

We have a supplier that would like us to place orders for more than 400 euro at a time. So we can either raise MOQs on each item so MOQ would be 400 eur/price per piece or we could place an order manually for more different item numbers through pps200 – but still we have to remember and adjust so it will be more than 400 eur. 

Is it possible for the system to show us a warning message  that the order value in total is too small to proceed?

Out of the box solution:
Purchase planning level. -> CRS624/E ; then PPS195 (with product line in MMS001/2/3)

If i remember well, you can set that up by volume, or weight, or value...
