Need Help Creating a 457B Plan

Has anyone ever set up a 457b plan? I am having trouble getting the deduction to take on BN31.2. Any help would be appreciated. I have Infor involved, but they tell me to copy a plan, but you can't exactly do that when the deductions are not the same.

Thank you so much Michele. I did finally get mine working with no help from Infor. Looks like ours is the same setup. I made ours as simple as could be also. Thanks for the confirmation.
