Hi. on S3 when we run the EEO-1 report for a pay period, the only ones it shows exemptions for are those that were active during that pay period. When I run it in V11 every resource record is listed under not included on report regardless of when they were active. Is this really the way how GHR EEO-1 reporting works or do I not have something setup correctly? Doesn't seem right that Infor would have you need to look through 100,000+ records to see which ones are truly an error that needs to be corrected. However, that is what our Infor consultant is telling me.
S3 does not use groups where GHR does. I don't know if that is the issue. I do not have anything in the group to indicate active status. I was afraid to include this since EEO-1 is always run for past pay periods and if someone is a status of terminated now but was not during the pay period it is being run for that they will not get included. The groups created with the migration tool are wrong all together, so I created new ones that now at least include the correct resources for the legal entities. But I also wonder, like the termination status, is the resource being included to the entity they are in currently or the one they were in during the pay period being run for.
I cannot find any documentation to explain how records are selected to inclusion. Hoping someone that is running EEO-1 successfully can let me know if seeing all these error records is just the way it is and if so how do they weed through them to make sure they can identify those that really need looked at. Or if I just have my groups set up incorrectly.
We are not live on GHR but planning on being by the end of the year. Right now, in the testing/setup of EEO-1. Any guidance on correct setup and processing is appreciated.
Thank you.
