Accelerator Keys Toolbar

Not sure if anyone has come across this or has any ideas of what to look at next.

I have an end user who is new to Opera so is still in need of the accelerator key toolbar. When they open Opera on the first screen the Toolbar shows and works how you would expect. When they move Opera to the next screen they can see the toolbar move over but as soon as they open a processing screen the toolbar vanishes.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a similar problem but not with accelerator keys

resolved with the following steps In preferences tick remember form position and sizes and then click on reset

Restart the PC and try to see if the accelerator keys appears as expected

Hi, try a different Opera user logon (or create a new logon). This will determine if it's an issue with the screen positions for the user

I've not come across that before - just a thought though, are the display settings unusual in anyway?

The Accelerator Keys can be dropped onto the Task Bar at the bottom (just to move it out of the way), and I was thinking maybe the display was forcing the Accelerator Keys onto there in some way... no idea if that is possible but just a thought.

I just double checked with the customer and we logged in as Admin and it did the same thing. I also asked the customer to dock the toolbar then move Opera to the other screen then undock.

And it stays until they open a processing screen and then it disappears.

It's all very strange.
