Did you know about the Infor Go mobile app for HRSD?
HRSD customers can use Infor Go as a mobile portal for access to HR Case Management and HR Knowledgebase—and all other Infor applications.
Infor Go—available in HRSD V2 in Infor OS—is a mobile application that provides customers with a synchronized mobile experience.
Installing the Infor Go App: Steps
1. For Android: go to Google Play Store.
For Apple: go to Apple App Store.
2. Search for Infor Go.
3. In the search results, click or tap the Infor Go icon.
4. Below the Infor Go icon, click or tap the Install button. The Infor Go application downloads.
Once the Infor Go application installs, the Open button appears next to the Infor Go icon.
Navigating to HRSD in Infor Go: Steps
1. On the mobile device, bring up the Infor Go app icon and click or tap the Open button.
2. The Infor Go application launches. Click or tap Continue.
3. On the next screen, in the field below "Enter your organization identifier", enter your credentials. Then click or tap Continue.
4. The Infor Go Home page appears. Under Applications, click or tap the HRSD icon (or use Search to locate it).
The HRSD Knowledgebase portal Home Page and its widgets appear.
5. For HR Knowledgebase, to access the main navigation menu, in the upper left, click or tap the main navigation icon ("hamburger").
The main navigation menu appears with links to HR Knowledgebase landing pages.
For example, click or tap Benefits.
The Benefits landing page appears. Click or tap Dental Document.
The Dental document's Overview topic page appears.
To access other topics in the Dental document, in the upper right, click or tap the topic navigation icon ("hamburger").
Click any topic to view its content.
To return to the Home page, in the upper left, click or tap the main navigation icon ("hamburger") to access the main navigation menu.
6. For HR Case Management, to submit a question (create a case), in the upper right, click or tap the Ask HR icon (question mark).
The case form appears. Complete the form and click or tap Submit.
HRSD Infor Go Demo
Customers who access HR Knowledgebase and HR Case Management via the Infor OS Portal can also access them via the Infor Go mobile app (for HRSD V2 in Infor OS only).
