Just wondering if anybody has ever came across this before.
I have a customer with 2 companies which in one company when they create a sales order the Publisher appears on creating a new order. So on customer record, they have populated the order contact and email details, ticked on to email orders in Terms and on the Delivery form, ticked on Acknowledgement Required however
In the other company we have carried out the same entered the order contact/email details, ticked on to email orders in Terms and on the delivery form, ticked on Acknowledgement Required - however when creating a new sales order, the publisher does not appear :-(
I have checked they have a report layout for sqinor which is setup in the reports table with the default email ticked on and also tried creating a dummy sales account in case it's an issue with the customer record but cannot get it to work.
Anyone any ideas?
