List Panel on CompositeForm Not Displaying

I have a CompositeForm with multiple form and list panels. I want one of the lists to display if the user selects "Yes" on a specific form field and have a visibility condition on the CompositeForm List Panel for this. I cannot get the list to display, unless the user saves and refreshes their browser. Saving or "save on next" does not work after selecting yes, neither does nested LPL on the form field to refresh the condition.

I have tried refreshing "dependent panels", but that does not seem to be working for me either....

Is there any way to get the condition to refresh on the List Panel w/out having to refresh the browser?

I don't believe there is a way to have a dynamic form interaction (without a Save) dynamically hide/show a composite form panel like this.
