Navigating to the Video & Survey: Steps
To locate the HRSD Customer Series March 2025 video and survey on the HRSD Community:
1. Log into Infor Concierge (Ming.le).
2. On the Infor Concierge home page, in the left-hand sidebar, click Infor Communities.
3. On the Infor Communities home page, in the search field, enter "HRSD", then click the keyboard's Enter key.
4. On the HRSD Community page, on the right, click the HR Service Delivery User Group link.
Note:
If you are not a member of the HR Service Delivery User Group, at the bottom of the page, click "HR Service Delivery User Group requires membership for participation - click to join."
5. The HR Service Delivery User Group home page appears. Under its title, click Files.
6. On the Files page, scroll down and click on Webinars-HRSD Ask the Expert.
7. On the Webinars-HRSD Ask the Expert page, links to the video and survey appear.
After watching the video, please take the survey.
