Infor HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is now in Infor CloudSuite!
By accessing HRSD via Infor OS, customers can enjoy benefits such as the #OneInfor experience, better connectivity, and an improved routing experience to other Infor functionalities.
Customers access HRSD applications in one of the following ways as per their unique configuration:
• HRSD login page; or
• Infor Ming.le; or
• Infor OS; or
• SSO (Single Sign-On)—such integrations can log users into HRSD in Infor OS.
Which versions of HRSD are accessible in Infor OS?
• HRSD version 1.0.1 (V1)
• HRSD version 2.0.0 (V2)
What is the difference between HRSD V1 and HRSD V2?
Within Infor OS:
• HRSD version 1.0.1 (V1) uses the enwisen domain, e.g., https://erc.enwisen.com.
• HRSD version 2.0.0 (V2) uses the Infor CloudSuite domain for HRSD, e.g., erc.hrsd.inforcloudsuite.com.
• HRSD V2 offers more features and capabilities.
