Our Finance users are experiencing issues with Report designer. Data does not roll up to the reports. The transactions did show up in the Replicated screen in GLTotals. Business has run the Financial statement that shows the correct total. However the report ran still show the balance before the new GL postings. Business and I.T. have tried to replicate the Replication set, Refresh/Reload analytics cubes, but the problem was not resolved. The reports would look correct a day after the posting occurred.
Sequence of Event:
- Journal entries posted via either quick post or job.
- Ran Refresh Report designer Data (Replicate GL columnar Rep set)
- We validated the last replicated time on the general Ledger total business class.
- We ran a Columnar general Ledger total report and validated the amount that the columnar replication set was showing. When we continue to run this report and report designer, we do not see the updated amounts reflected.
Has anyone ever experienced this / found a solution/workaround?
