How do we set up new users in ImportMAster V!2, using LDAP or Basic?

No sure, If I got you right, but I´ll try to answer.
the Importmaster documentation comes with Importmaster Installation as Windows Help files.The Importmaster Installation is located within the Infor EPM ISO file. There are two different "Versions" - depending on your Importmaster License.
1) Standalone - Its pretty straight forward as in V11 - Install Importmaster, Common Components, enter you license key - and that´s it.
2) Server based - Difference is that you do not need a license key, but you need the appropriate License Model. There is no technical restriction, but you need to install an additional Importmaster component called "Server.exe" - it is like a separate Repository for Importmaster Users.
The connection to OLAP - Using Basic or LDAP Users is not affected on your installation. If your farm is configured for Basic Users for Client Access - It´s straight forward - you need to enter the basic user in the OLAP connection within your Import Definition.

Thanks Andreas, so if LDAP or BAsic users are confirgured in the Farm, then IM should be able to see them?
I know my colleague seemed to have an issue with the LDAP users, even though the EPM logins worked. Do you have to specify where these users are surfaced, like in Permission management?
if you mean the user in the OLAP Connection in your Import Definition - I´d suggest to use a specific basic users - Importmaster cannot deal with LDAP Users.
No, I mean the initial server logon, not the OLAP connnection.
