Since we've moved over to Cloudsuite I am looking to find some best practices for scheduling regular tenant refreshes from our Production environment down to our Test and Train environments.
Let me first share some of the findings:
- We've identified that INFOR has certain black out dates that we would have to work around, though these aren't communicated or on a calendar that I have been able to find. These are basically hit and miss, when you try to schedule this.
- Around the monthly releases, and bi-annual feature-releases we would want to ensure our test environment is ready to validate new features and to determine if anything breaks with the releases.
- Furthermore we need to take into account any training activity that occurs within the organization.
I hope some of you have encountered the same issue and perhaps already come up with a solution.
