Talent Acquisition allows us to create as many Configurable Hiring Workflow steps as appropriate for our hiring process. However only three steps map to Position Budget Monitoring resulting in FTEs "falling off" the PBM Variance report when applicants are in some steps. The report should show all FTEs in the PBM variance report during the entire Hiring process.
I request as many of you as possible to endorse this, to ensure this gets addressed by INFOR quickly.
