Infor generates scanned pdf which is not acceptable for Transcepta which we use for government invoices processing.
it causes a big issue and I need help Infor show us how to change the pdf property.
this is what Transcepta is asking:
Hello Infor VISUAL,
Do you know if the accounting software that is used to generate the invoices has the ability to change the properties of the PDF files generated from the accounting software? If not, do you know if the accounting software can generate one of the following files?
TXT
RTF
DOC
DOCX
XLS
XLSX
CSV
EDI
XML
Any information you can provide will be helpful.
