Hello! Obviously, ACA reporting has come and gone for the year, but we had an issue with the way GHR generated some of our offer codes on our 1095C based on a few scenarios (we had to manually fix them). This was our first time processing ACA in GHR.
Example:
Employee has a qualified offer of coverage for the entire reporting year
Employee elects the qualified benefit plan beginning 1/1, but then moves to our waiver plan sometime in the middle of the year
The employee should be showing a 1A coverage for the entirety of the year, because they were offered qualified coverage from 1/1 - 12/31. However, GHR was showing them as having 1H - no offer of coverage during the months that they elected our waive plan.
I've had a ticket out with Infor since February, and they're still working through it. I thought in the meantime I'd reach out to see if anyone else had the same issue?
