We pay health and dental insurance premiums a month in advance of coverage. The system does not have any configuration options for this. We have worked with Infor Management Services and they told us there are no other options beside manual work arounds to collect premiums for hires, benefit changes, rate changes, etc. as One Time Deductions. This leaves a lot of room for error with this manual process and takes a lot of time to monitor, review, and process these One Time Deductions. We need the system to be able handle collecting premiums a month in advance.
