I asked beforehand on the language of the Candidate experience and got some workaround for the jobboards itself.
But the Candidate Locale doesn't seem to be fit for purpose?
You can select it for email templates and you can also translate the content for the application tasks but if nothing refers back to the Candidate Locale you cannot use it?
The only option I heard was to change the candidate locale manually for every applicants but with 5 digit applicants with 10+ languages per year this is not an option for us.
Any ideas, suggestions, more workarounds?
