We are finding that the delivered Project reports are not showing encumbrances correctly. The drill back produces a completely different balance. Infor support has stated that we just need to run >Global Ledger>Utilities>Rebuild Commitments or Encumbrances which we are trying in a non-prod environment. We don't know what is causing the issue so are unsure if we should run the rebuild periodically. At this point, we are unable to rely on our reports and risk going over budget since these all have grant budget edit contorls.
We just went live last year and am hoping there are others with more experience with Projects and Budget Edits
