XM: The Cost Center required field "Cost Center Segment" is missing.

We are configuring XM system by setting costcenter.flatDesign=false. Now when we are creating cost center manually in XM, getting below error of "The Cost Center required field "Cost Center Segment" is missing. The Cost Center required field "Segment 1" is missing."

Is we are missing some parameter setup?

Was this parameter change made on a system with existing cost centers created under flat mode = true ?

Hi Alain,

Tenant was fresh environment where no configuration done earlier, we started with flat mode = false (initially it was true) and after that server bounce was done by Infor team.

As in case of flat mode=true only we have cost center segment configuration option but in case of false we do not have this option in corporate data.

This is one of the other configuration/integration issues that we discussed during the Teams calls. This requires active engagement of Infor consulting services. We are have shared the necessary information with Mr. Gautam Datta and are waiting for his reply.
