Change quantity on an order line at status 29, in MMS100

We have an issue whereby we have a Qty of 17 requested on an order in MMS100, we can only pick 15 so the remaining Qty of 2 is outstanding, (order status 29) we need to change the line to a Qty of 15 to complete the line (status 99). It is now creating demand in MMS080, any ideas please?

You can close the order in MMS100 Related options--> Close order (CTRL+24). This will move the order to status 99/99 and will not consider in MMS080.

if you cannot find normal solution you can change the quantity in the database in table MGLINE maybe a couple of different fields.

Hi,

If you want to have a more automatic way, it is possible to setup a completion limit in MMS425 based on an accepted remaining qty or accepted deviation in percentage for short ship.

This is activated by the dispatch policy (MWS010) and parameter 210 - check order completion limits.
