I am new to Infor Cloudsuite and am training to become one of our security administrators in order to help out our small team. I have been asked to compile a list from all the application portals we use connected to Infor and in this list I need each portal support IE EAM,CSF, SCM, person to tell me what their daily support tasks that they have to complete each morning or throughout the day, that maintain the applications upkeep. Like common IT tasks they do to make sure there application is running smoothly every day. It may be a checklist they go down every morning or during the day that they continuously look at and go off of.
I have the checklist for EAM and SCM but I can not find anything for the Financials portion (CSF), our person says he doesn't have such a thing, but I ma hoping that someone in here may know how to help me with this. I am trying to compile this list to be able to standardize these tasks in order to make sure that each time we have personnel changes we have something they can go by, or at least a place to start from.
