Reports that have a .cfg file to create a csv and/or pdf fail. I can recover them but the reports have no data when they should. I have a case open with Infor but it has to go the the development team. Could be a while before someone gets back to me. All of our IPA's are failing that run these types of job to attach the pdf or csv files to emails.
This is what our file looks like now. The debug usually is not there but is there for Infor to get more information.

We are experiencing an issuse generating PDFs via Portal as well, since upgrading ESP from 10.0.1.12 to 10.0.1.13. We get an Adobe Error. "File does not begin with '%PDF-'." The error does not happen on all reports, just a few have been identified.

We have just upgraded from 9.0.1.10 to 9.0.1.13 and am also getting the "File does not begin with '%PDF-'. LocalEWH-2160-0". Did you get a reason/solution for this?

Re: my incident, Infor was able to re-create this issue. Currently waiting to know the JT number.
unknown
Infor is creating a JT. They have been able to recreate the issue. I do not have a number yet.

We have just upgraded to ESP 9.0.1.12, and as a standard for certain files, we cp the .prt file, append a time/date and archive the file.
We are unable to access the .prt file, and the cp fails.
unknown
FYI - JT-611202, a P2 JT, has been assigned to our the PDF creation issue.
