Changing Default Dropdown on Screens

Long story short - we have many items that have been on multiple contracts and are working to get it down to only one active contract. However, on PO28, when inquiring, it shows ALL contracts that the item has ever been on. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default for the Line Status dropdown to option B (Exclude Closed & Held Agmts)? We've wanted to do this type of thing on other screens as well but it hasn't been a high priority.

Have you been told from Lawson, that if you have a problem with anything on a screen that was customized, they won't be inclined to help you? We've been told that before, and are hesitant to do certain customizations.

It is true that customization's aren't supported, but in my experience that only relates to mods done outside of Design Studio. DS is Lawson's own tool made available to users for exactly these reasons. It is their product and have to support their products that are sold. We are currently changing product lines in our production environment due to a GL restructure and Lawson will move our DS screens to the new PL.

Sounds like there are issues with IE11 and DS per the latest Lawson Guru e-mail.
