IRS 1094c and 1095c for reporting employees, spouses and dependants

Beginning in 2016 we will need to report employees, spouses and dependents on our benefits plans to the IRS on forms 1094c and 1095c. This falls under sections 6055 and 6056. Do we know how Lawson will support this ACA requirement? I understand that several companies (Paychex, ADP, Ceridian to name a few) are already providing solutions.

I would recommend you enter it as a regulatory enhancement request. If you then post the ER #, I will vote for it.

It looks like request 31178, 31205, and 31057 are all for this same issue. I voted for them all.

Awesome, I will vote for all as well.

I sent your concern to a contact at Lawson. This was her resonse.

The IRS just released the draft version of the forms. We will be supporting them as we have stated in our Statement of Direction. ACA Update sessions HCM-1011 and HCM-1012 (same session offered 2x) will be available at Inforum where we will go over these issues.

We will be updating this SOD after Inforum with the latest direction.

I am not seeing any of these enhancement numbers (31178,31205,31057) when searching on All using the website Margie provided. Any thoughts?

I, too, could not find any of those 3 enhancement numbers. Please identify under which specific Product Family they are listed.

On a different note, it is strange that the enhancement request page does not have a key word search by enhancement number or subject.

I attached screen shots of my path to vote for the enhancements. I logged into the Infor communities site www.inforcommunities.com. Then I clicked on the green "View Product Families" button next to Infor Human Capital Management. Next, I clicked on the green "View Requests" button next to Infor HCM Regulatory. On that page I scanned down the list of enhancements to find the ones related to 1094c and 1095c. I mistyped one of the numbers in my previous post. The correct list should be 31176, 31205, and 31057.

Thanks for all the info folks!

I was able to find 31057, 31176 & 31205, along with 31205. However, all 4 had a status of 'User Group' and I was unable to vote on them.

I did also find 31489, which still has a status of 'Active', so I was able to vote for it.
