A little hard for me to contain my excitement about our latest feature coming out in Talent Science.
For too long, the assessment experience has lacked engagement after completion for candidates and employees who expressed interest in your roles. With the latest addition of Career Dashboard, anyone can access their Behavioral DNA (R) once they finish their Talent Science assessment.
Many of you are using our PDF Feedback Reports today but this takes the user experience a step further by letting them access a live environment to learn more about themselves. Plus, there are three different reports they can review to learn more about their behavioral preferences at work.
This will help candidates better talk about their unique abilities during the interview process and employees will have direct access to content that will help their onboarding experience or to be better aligned with their supervisors.
