Cannot change Portal Password

We are hosted by Lawson and recently updated our test system to 9.0.1.13 Environment. Since then, users receive an error message when trying to change their password.

There has been a JT assigned, but it does not appear to cover 9.0.1.13 at this time. Has anyone else at this level had this issue, and if so, do you have a work-a-round?
