We have a 401a DC Plan for our employees that is fully company funded. An employee becomes eligible after working 1 full year and 1000 hours in that year.
Instead of the system making them eligible after 1000 hours in one year it's making it cumulative. For example if they only work 800 hours in 2013 but 300 hours in 2014 its making them eligible and it shouldn't.
Does anyone know if there's an indicator for this? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
