CR override prompts for user id and pswd
unknown
I am a DBA/Windows admin and we are putting together a new server with LBI we are upgrading to WinServer 2008 R2 x64 and Lawson LBI 10, and CR 2008. We are able to use the override for CR reports that use OLEDB but my problem is when the reports pull directly from our Lawson tables in DB2 no matter if I have an override or not it prompts for user name and password and will not export the reprot for me. ANy help you could give would be great thx.

Since this is now a 64 bit operating system, make sure that you have created all of your data sources using the 32-bit app. By default, you are going to get the 64 bit data sources and LBI, Crystal are really still 32-bit apps and still require 32-bit data sources.

The reports were copied over from our old server so all of the datasources were copied over with them so they are 32 bit. Just a side note now that we upgraded to version 10 on the new one the old server which is still running also will not work now either.

Any database error code?
unknown
I think this is it but not sure. Database Vendor Code: -1013. I don't see any other error codes if this is not it. I think this is from the AIX/DB2 side. Just an FYI but I am on the Windows/SQL Server side which is part of the problem I don't know both sides.

Local or remote RAS server? What does your LBIReportingServicesReporting Services.earerswar-x.y.z.sWEB-INFlibclientSDKOptions.xml file indicate? Is it being directed toward the correct RAS server?
unknown
It is local and points to itself.

I think that's the correct number... it indicates a failure to login. Which makes sense. Are you sure that you've gone through your data sources and checked the config? login/password made sure that in DB2 that acct is not locked?
unknown
I checked with my AIX admin and that account is not locked out.
unknown
Also just fyi it is not showing any failed attempts on the AIX side either so it is like it is not getting that far.
