2015 YE tax levy ctp Out since November???

Every year it seems to be January before this comes out. So I have been watching and waiting...and then I check the YearEnd KB article (1669160) and I see an entry for " US Tax Levy Table PR10 - 2016 Publication 1494", with no date. I looked up the KB for our release (9.0.1) and it shows that the tax levy file CTP was released in November! Can this be right??? I'm really hesitant to download this as I have never seen it released that early, and it was NOT on the Year End patch sheet back in December when we did the initial Year End download.

I opened an incident asking this very same question as it was released late Nov. Response: "All this patch contains is the Tax Levy table update for 2016. It may have just accidentally been missed, but adding it to the YE list has become standard as clients are usually completing 2015 looking to get 2016 ready for processing." We installed in test today.

Okay, thanks. It's just so very odd that 1) the actual CTP has a November date (I've never seen a tax levy file published that early), and 2) it just suddenly appeared on the CTP list without a date shown.

Really weird.
