Hi. Is there a way in GHR to update an action with missing information, the way you can do a combined action history in S3. There are times when a field is missed in the original action submission. In S3 you can do a combined action history, so the field becomes part of the original action rather than create another action for just that one field. I have not been able to find how to do this in GHR.
ex. Termination request action is done. Term date and reason is entered but forgot to change the relationship status to TERMPEND. We wouldn't want to create another termination request action and don't want to do an updated on the one field. Would want that change to be tagged the original termination request action.
How do others handle these situations so that there is only one action and all the updated fields are associated with it.
