The Mobile Solution
With the Mobile Profile application, employees can set up mobile access to the HR Knowledgebase portal (and HR Case Management).
Employees use the Mobile Profile application on the Mobile Profile widget (a.k.a. mobile access widget) on the Home page to enable access to the HR Knowledgebase portal on a mobile device (e.g., Android, iOS).
Setup prerequisites include:
- Access to a computer with internet access
- Knowledgebase site login credentials
- Mobile device with internet access
- Email account setup on the mobile device

Videos
Include a window containing a communication video on a content page or a widget.
Alternately, an integration link pointing to a video uploaded in-house or hosted on youtube can be added to any landing page, widget, or content page on your HR Knowledgebase portal.
For the Home Page
Add posts and links to communication-related programs and tools to one or more widgets on your HR Knowledgebase Home page.
Employees will see them as soon as they login.
