We recently opened up ESS address changes but have started noticing that when an employee moves to a different state, the deduction code for the new state is not adding automatically to the PR13 screen. We assumed that the functionality would perform the same as when the back-office staff update the address state on the HR11. The PR113 did not catch the new state either. Are we missing a setup option somewhere to auto add the new state deduction on the PR13?
