It is a request about APS450 . The request is that APS450 should be able to create a preliminary asset also when there is a purchase order (line type 1).
Currently, APS450 can create a preliminary asset only where there isn't any purchase order (line type 8). If you are buying a fixed asset, and there is a po, APS450 posts to a suspense account and so you have to use then APS110 to resolve the suspense account , post to the final fa account and create a preliminary asset. So, yes , there is a workaround, but requires twice the time to enter an invoice.
