Calendar exceptions?
Recently we let go the guy who took care of maintaining our schdeduling. We are going to be working the next few Saturdays and want to be able to add them in so that they can be taken into account when the scheduler is run. What is the best way to go about this. I added a calendar exception in Application Global Maint for the two saturdays and was sure to put 8 hours in each shift rather then leaving them at 0.00. Is this the correct way to accomplish what I need?
