Does anyone know a way to export all users' Activity tab?
There is a button on the Activity tab. This can also be replicated to DataLake for use in Data Fabric services. activity tab

I'm looking for this Export for all users, not individually going into each user to export the Activity log.
You also have a variety of Monitoring and Audit Event searches you can do on specific events that are all exportable. By default only 90 days are kept unless you are publishing to the Data Lake which is what Kevin mentioned, that allows for longer retention and then you can query from Data Fabric.
