LSF Security Role with Read Only Access

I need to create a role that has read only access to the all HR, BN, LP, PA,PR,IF forms in production. I am really hoping that I do not have to create a hundred new security classes with read only access.
Is there a way that I can globally grant them read only access to all forms in a productline or environment?

You can create one security class with inquire access only on each form. You can name your security class read only all forms.

I haven't tried this but you might look at using "Securable Types" in your rules. For example, you could create a single security class first granting access to just the system codes you want, then write conditional rules on the FORM, PROGRAM and TABLE securable types using the SystemCode variable that grants inquiry only access.

Hi,
I have tried securable types but only options are 'ALL ACCESS' or 'NO ACCESS" there is no option for ALL INQUIRIES

I have a attached an example of one of our inquire only security classes. When you click the form that is when you choose the inquire options (see second screen shot). There is no way to do this globally, you have to do it at the system/form level. You will also have to give file access (see screen shot three). Try updating your version of LSA tool? Perhaps that will give you more options?
